What PulseBar is
PulseBar lets you create a profile banner that auto-updates with stats from your connected platforms — GitHub, Stripe, Beehiiv, and others coming. You embed the banner URL on your profile, website, or anywhere that supports images. The image regenerates with fresh data whenever it's loaded.
Your account
You need an account to use PulseBar. Sign in is via Google or GitHub. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@pulsebar.io.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PulseBar.
Subscriptions and payment
PulseBar has a free tier with one banner and daily sync. The Pro tier adds unlimited banners, hourly sync, custom accent colors, and removes the "Powered by PulseBar" tag. Pro is billed monthly or yearly via Lemon Squeezy.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period.
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund on Pro subscriptions. Email hello@pulsebar.io to request one.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use PulseBar to display false or misleading information, misrepresent your identity, harass or harm others, or attempt to spam, scrape, or abuse the service. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of your banner customization and your data from connected platforms. By connecting a data source, you grant us permission to fetch and display that data on your banner.
You also grant us a non-exclusive license to display your banner via the public banner URL — that's literally how the product works.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unexpected issues may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.
Disclaimer
PulseBar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep your data accurate and your banner current, but we cannot guarantee perfection. We're not responsible for incorrect data displayed on your banner if the data came from a third-party service that returned incorrect information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. If you used only the free tier, our liability is zero.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced via email. Continuing to use PulseBar after changes are posted means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in good faith first — please email us before any legal action.
