How fast do banners update on X / Twitter?+
X downloads your header image once when you upload it and serves their own copy. To get the latest version on X, you re-upload your banner — takes 30 seconds. We email you when your stats meaningfully change so you know when it's worth updating. For GitHub, your personal site, Notion, and most other platforms — the image refreshes automatically, typically within 5-15 minutes of your stats changing.
Why is my banner showing old data?+
We use a 5-minute edge cache on the image to keep things fast. New data appears within 5 minutes of syncing. If you need it immediately, click 'Sync now' on your dashboard.
What happens if my GitHub / Stripe token expires?+
Your banner keeps showing the last good data. You'll get an email asking you to reconnect. No drama.
Is my data safe?+
We store OAuth tokens encrypted, server-side only. We only have read access — we can't post, charge, or modify anything in your connected accounts. Account deletion is one click in your dashboard and removes everything.
